What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a system of medicine that gently stimulates the body to heal itself. It is the medicine we thought we were getting all along. Homeopathy can heal acute and chronic issues.
Homeopathic remedies are affordable, over-the-counter and made from natural substances (not synthetic materials). Remedies are available at homeopathic pharmacies, online retailers, natural grocery stores and some traditional grocers and pharmacies.
Homeopathy does not interfere with prescription or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals so it is safe to take with your allopathic medicines you may be wanting to wean off.
Homeopathic remedies are regulated by the FDA since 1938 and has been in use for over 200 years.
Consultations
The relationship between me and clients is that of educator and client, not doctor and patient. While I am a Registered Nurse and Practical Homeopath, my role here is an educator. During your 45-60 minute appointment, we will discuss your main health and wellness issues while getting to know you so I can tailor a plan of care based on your most important needs. My goal is to provide you with the best possible care and support to get you back to your optimal health. I look forward to working with you to achieve your health goals. You also receive 2 months of follow up care with your initial consultation.

Your follow-up appointment will take approximately 30-45 minutes to go over your progress since your last appointment. Follow-ups are scheduled approximately every 8 weeks; 2 months of follow-up are included.

About Dawn
Registered Nurse and Practical Homeopath
Dawn is a wife, mother of two married sons and grandmother to 4 rambunctious kiddos. I have two dogs and a cat as well.
I am also an RN, a Practical Homeopath, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am also happy to announce I have started classes to further my education at College of Practical Homeopathy in London. I have already learned so much more from them; I plan to graduate in December 2025.
I was introduced to homeopathy when my husband had a medical procedure that caused inflammation around his heart, which is excruciatingly painful. None of the medicines the doctors ordered helped for more than a few minutes, then he was left in pain and not able to have any further medicine for another 3.5 hours. My sister brought some homeopathic remedies that we used and within two hours (YES! 2 HOURS) his pain was completely gone. As a nurse, I had to know more.
This was the beginning of this wonderful journey we are now on, giving our bodies the tools they need to heal themselves.
